Hayley started her career in the music business working with super producers JR Rotem and Ron Fair. After getting her feet wet in music Hayley entered into the world of Tech, Social Media, and Influencers in 2014. Where she was responsible for producing, hosting, and creating digital influencer campaigns for some of the largest brands. (7up, Dr. Pepper, Time Inc)

Since then Hayley has been working closely with social media influencers and celebrities creating digital content. (Will Smith, Amanda Cerny, King Bach, Jake Paul, Michael Keaton, & More) Hayley has produced over 300 pieces of content with over 500 million total views. (Music, interviews, non-profit, fashion, red carpets, etc.)

In 2019 Hayley co-founded a boutique creative agency, Kids In Big Bodies where they provide full production capabilities, digital media services, and events. Most recently Hayley & her team were responsible for developing and building The Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation social media presence.
